Standard Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All dry goods orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before shipment. During periods of high order volume, expos, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping service selected and your location. Shipping estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed and are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been packaged and shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping label has been created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. We will gladly assist with providing any information needed to support a claim.
Combined Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be packaged together when possible. Orders placed separately may not be combined after purchase.
